I've eaten out several nights over the last few weeks and eaten a few not-quite-low-carb foods here and there, but I'm eating in a way that I think I can eat for the rest of my life, and I'm still losing weight (slowly).
264.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
