My meal plan, as determined from a hospital visit back in 2008 is to be eating only Organic foods, wild caught, range and hormone free to address numerous food allergies. Food allergies are No gluten, No whey, No soy. Avoid microwaves. Eating larger amounts of protein, lower carbs with large amounts of green vegetables.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
