Ate three crumby protein bars yesterday due to morning fasting for blood work. Just checking the benchmarks. I expect all will come back well. I guess I can't expect to see the scale go down every day. It's a law - or a scale makers union thing. Not sure which. DANG YOU SCALE MAKERS UNION!!!
187.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
