Thought i would make my goal this Monday....one lbs shy....but next week look out....hope to blow the doors off the barn. i tried to squeeze every ounce out of the scale...but it would not budge.
201.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
