It looks like I may have won the first two weeks of the Biggest Loser at my office. It also seems I was correct about my initial weight loss being not long-term. An average of 6 lbs over 2 weeks is still really good for me!

Didn't win this week's weigh-in...another co-worker lost 3.5% and I was at 3% loss. I was proud of her! My weigh-in for this week may also have been affected by other health things, so I'm curious how things will look on Monday (after dealing with those challenges/side affects of my new diet).
