Doing OK. I am not eating enough... and the weight sort of has stalled in its coming off. I have a light breakfast, light lunch... and sometimes get faint-headed as one knows if they diet. I am trying not to eat late at night (anything, which is the key to keeping pounds off). I am on metabolism-slowing medicine, so I must eat much less than most men who are 6 foot 2 to lose weight. It is warm today, nearly 60* F, here in western Massachusetts. The arthritis I have is bothering me - my joints. My left hip socket especially, so I can't go for a walk. I will try to go swimming at the Y in the warm pool this week. My first book should be out in the next month - it is a 400-page historical fiction novel, two more longer novels should follow later this year probably. I am not initially expecting to make money off of this, as I am self publishing. I need to get a big publishing deal for the first three books, I think it will happen eventually.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How do I change the start weight on here??? It has 232.2. I started at 235. 2.
