Hey you, how is it going? I notice you have been recording your food and exercise, which is awesome. One thing I did notice though, is that (if your food records are accurate & complete)... you're not actually eating enough! You should aim for between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. You will lose way more weight, when you're body isn't starving for food. Weird, but true, I promise! :) Hope you're having a good day

Totally agree with Lee2010, I've seen the same thing myself several times in my own diet as well as other peoples, make sure 1200 is the minimum you take in any day, it goes a long way to helping you have energy as well as losing weight.
