dont know what happend feeling down and really demotivated had hoped for a loss now this
202.6 lb Lost so far: 48.7 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

This is normal and all part of the process :) Reflect on your previous week. Look at what can be changed to make this next week a better one. This journey will have speed bumps from time to time. Never give up.

Don't be too hard on yourself Black Bee... remember you are not alone in this battle against fat-we are all here for you.I am sure things will turn around at your next weigh-in...plus,look how far you have come...just keep doing your thing and the numbers will start to fall again. Have you made any drastic changes to your meal plan/exercise regime?

I know I have had more carbs than I normally have and yes I know they are wicked. I am really stressed at work and have just been having a very tough time all round. It just feels as if everything is snowballing right now and I am struggling to stay focused. I really need to get back on track and fast....

As long as you are trying, thats the most important part, the weight loss will happen. Good luck, just stay positive, things will get better.

Never give up, it's not an easy task. The key is to stay motivated and keep trying. The fact that you haven't given up yet speaks volumes!!!! You will achieve your goal.
