Surprised I lost even 2 lbs considering all the nibbling I've been doing. I swear -- I had *maybe* one glass of wine at my dinner party and it left me ravenous for nearly 3 days! I kept sampling leftovers so I can't really say I'm surprised. I'm actually surprised that I lost 2 lbs under these conditions. This week I'm thinking about trying to workout every day, even if it is only for 20 minutes. I thought maybe that would be a good way to mix it up and get some conditioning in because I've still been doing intervals in lieu of steady state running as I know I can, but seem to be avoiding. Alas, it was a good thing for my spirit to entertain my friends so it was worth it even though it puts my October goal in some degree of jeopardy!

Hope everyone is doing well - it's cloudy and chilly in Seattle so it is good weather for Jenny Craig chili and a hot cup of jasmine tea. Cheers!
213.1 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb.    Still to go: 58.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done - that's fantastic - you've done really well, once again!! It was remarkably sunny and warm here in Southampton today, so lovely weather for a walk in the countryside with my husband and little boy. Hope you've had a lovely weekend. :)
