Goodbye sodium/water weight.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 18.2 lb a week

Odd how we need salts to live, yet they are a bane to us at the same time when even the tiniest amount over whats needed effects us so much! And yet still, the body likes the tastes of having it so much!

@Jerrymiller - it is truly a silly predicament we humans are in with our relationship with salt. It defines love/hate relationships.

I get salted up without realizing it and it shows as a gain or a hold steady FOR DAYS! then the dam bursts and I spend the whole knight pee'ing my brains out (hmm, odd visual there...)then I'm back on track...until I take to much again and it starts all over.
