Haven't felt this lousy in a year, maybe two.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

But you're back - which means you're ready to stop feeling like this :-) Welcome back! I had a fairly large lousy break myself but recently found my mojo (and my running shoes), joined a challenge and am dog walking my way back down along those kg's. You've put your foot back in the door and when you're ready, you'll kick it open and come storming through, kicking those extra lbs to the side like the pebbles of discontent that they are! Haha! Onwards and upwards fella :-)

Thanks, Steven. Glad to be back, and I appreciate the support. Having recently bemoaned my winter slide and received nice encouragement from FS friends, I felt really guilty coming on here and confessing my additional failure. But I'm back, I've documented the truth, and I'm feeling determined.

Thanks, Justine. Love your energy, mojo, and style. I'm definitely looking to lean more heavily on exercise this time, simply because I love working out and tend to work better off of positive things. Walking and boxing later today. Mojo, here I come.
