WOW! Today I am recording a NICE chuck of weight loss with a super new lowest weigh-in! I'm all excited!
Wife and I are going out to do our Indulgence Day, so no long journal today. Other news excite me too, more on that later!

Life is good!
194.7 lb Lost so far: 147.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

@Helewis - I have promised Wife to stop at 77 kgs - that's where I reach "normal weight". I hope I will have the common sense to see that I'm all right at that point. It's really hard to comprehend that I'm almost done. This has been such a huge part of my life for over a year now. I'm not sure I'm gonna change my FS goal any longer. I'm happy where I am, and I really like that blue ticker. ;) @Sk1nny, you have a great day too!
