Woohoo another 100 grams gone! And I think I have found a way of stopping my boobies from itching from the excess chlorine they have added to our water after the earthquakes! I smeared vaseline on them this morning as a water barrier and no itchies! Just gotta hope the rash settles down.

Am thinking of doing it on my back tomorrow too as it gets super itchy from the chlorine too! I am going to end up being a big smear of vaseline LOL

I am thrilled still about the weight loss, it is getting easier to eat the big high protein breakfast, my between meal cravings are dying down and I can even handle the 12 hours between dinner and breakfast. Yay me!

Am drinking a lot of green tea too - it is so good for you! I am learning a LOT this week!

doesn't smearing vaseline on your skin kind of defeat the whole purpose of showering? Just curious, I've read many of your posts, so I'm aware that you are living a nightmare with regards to continuous earthquakes and not being able to rebuild your town.

icymaiden it is only on my boobs so far... they are by far the worst affected by the chlorine.

gg-girl - thanks! It is a relief but I have heard vaseline can block pores and create boils! Rats!

Glad you are close Stef. I only had the vaseline on for less than 5 minutes, but Mum says pawpaw cream might be better..... Love and hugs back! You ARE awesome!
