Well, I knew yesterday was going to be a fail day for me. I've been working on an event for my boss for the past couple of weeks and the food was catered. It was amazing and I do not regret one minute of what I had to eat. Today is a new day to start again and so I am back on track and motivated.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

It's so great when you allow yourself to eat stuff and really enjoy it! That's a reasonable life accommodation. Good for you! Good luck with the weight loss.
