Been to the gym twice this week... I am feeling really good!! Lost 11.2 lbs since Sunday! Can't beat that! Sugar and carbs are my worst enemy!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
