First thing I did this morning is weigh myself so that I have an accurate starting point for the year. A little sad that I gained the little bit of weight that I had lost, but it will be gone in no time.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
