First of all GREAT JOB BRONCOS! That defense overwhelmed the panthers!
As you may recall, I have a little contest going with friend of mine. We did agree however that all bets are on this past weekend due to the big game.

I had enough of a good time for a football team so I was really concerned that this morning, I would have gained 10 pounds!

But I didn't so that's great. I hope that the incredible amount of carbs from snacks and beer and bread don't kick in later in the week.

Back to the P90X which I had a two day break from. One of you said something like I will be lucky to be walking after beginning it and you were totally right. On Saturday, EVERY MUSCLE IN MY BODY ACHED! I can't remember the last time when my butt actually hurt like that. I am still a bit sore today but the battle continues.

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR THE WEEK?
216.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Hello. Good for you with the P90x. That's a big commitment. Thankfully you do that to balance your caloric intake. Cardio is a must in my opinion. My goals this week: don't lose my temper, stay within my daily caloric allowance, move 30 mins a day at least, drink 4 cups of green tea a day and at least 48 oz of water. 😆

Mistybenner, with the plyometrics, kenpo and cardio X, there is more than enough cardio in this program. Thanks for the tip. And those are good goals. I offered this up a while back but if you watch television at all, nothing says you can't do what I do at times; which is doing some light shadow boxing or martial arts moves like puches, blocks and kicks during commercial if you watch regular TV. I understand that on a typical hour long tv program, there are about 38 minutes of program time and 22 minutes of commercials. So you can watch two one hour shows and get 44 minutes of movement and you won't even notice. Give it a shot. I only watch two shows on regularly on TV, the black list and the O'Reilly factor. I do this on just about every episode and it beats sitting on my butt. :)
