Yesterday I spent the day with my wife cooking and watching the game. We enjoyed the game and each other. My team lost, I ate 171% of my set daily intake of calories and my weight is up this morning and out of the Blue. It was fun...
157.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That Denver defense was smothering. Totally demoralized the Panther quarterback. When he didn't even try to get his own fumble told me he had given up much before. They will come back next year and do quite well so don't be so disappointed.

I agree Denver's defense was smothering. Peyton Manning earned all the kudos he has received. All in all, it was a good game and the half-time entertainment was awesome. I'm not a math major, but yes 171% does seem like 71% more than I am set to consume. My goal is to eat less than 1500 calories a day. Yesterday I ate 2568 calories. Go figure...
