@bigboyoptimus Monday Fast day is still on for you? ( not that you would falter!) I weigh myself (well, when i found my scale), the morning after a Day Fast, so that was every three days. weekly is too far apart and daily is too frustrating

Yes @HafPaf - Monday is fast day for me :) I still weigh myself everyday but I only record my weight officially on Thursday morning which is after my Wed Fast Day. Thursdays are just ideal for me as its not immediately after the weekend indulging.

OH! so you watch your weight during the week but only log it on as "progress weight" on Thursdays. clever. So by watching you can tweak your workouts/eating habits leading up to Thursday

Yes that's about right :) Like anything that needs to be compared, there has to be consistency and least variable factors influencing the reading of last week to this week. I've found that I can indulge in whatever I want on my weekends but as long as I keep my Mon, Tues & Wed on track then my Thursdays can give me a consistent comparable weight record. Some people drive themselves nuts when their weight fluctuates alot and they don't realise that there are too many variables affecting their weigh-ins.

ShirleyFerg perhaps try adding Fast Days to your week. Start with just making 2 non-consecutive days in your week have a limit of 500 calories. Lots of us are getting great results by following a fasting method of weight/fat loss and its much easier to sustain as it offers flexibility to your lifestyle.
