I have been taking LeptiBURN by BioTrust and have been happy with results as it has help relieve food cravings. It's is said to be all natural, and is expensive. It seems to make dieting much easier and I have lost 15 lbs in a few weeks, but I'm pretty disciplined and have not had dramatic weight problems. It would be nice if my knee gets to place where I can increase workout.

I also am a true believer that being disciplined about keeping weight manageable is so important to general health, and when you do lose, you really get the rewards of feeling more active, and better about yourself, and your daily life. It is important, and too many lose track of it. Doesn't food taste so much better, when you diet and reward yourself again with a meal? It is all about management.

I just subscribed to an online hookup diet called, "The Cruise Control Diet". They send you cookbooks and random diet stuff. It is supposed to make you aware of foods that are misconceived, or many foods to forget, that many people think are productive diet foods.
