I began on September 26. weighing 154lb and keeping a food and exercise diary. I lost my account so I began again, weighing in 2 weeks later (october 11) at 146.6lb! So, I lost 8lb in 2 weeks. Now to continue!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
