no loss no gain and im ok with that. Im sure its was because of all the bananas and lack of exercise. Im not sure what it is with bananas, Im like a monkey, I go crazy for them. sheeesh. Lesson learned. Instead I purchased the Vega berry protein powder and using that with frozen mixed berries. I like the taste and I plan to only do the banana/choco mix maybe once week bc I can be trusted with bananas. Vega has a tropical protein powder imma buy next. So far the Vega protein and almond milk have caused zero tummy troubles with is great after the fart bar disaster I had with the low carb bars. Another lesson learned. Made it to gym today and Im tired.. not sure if its the waking up early or the fact that i didn't work out for like 5 days. MEH. Gonna take it slow today and hopefully sneak in a nap at lunch (i work from home). Happy Monday everyone ! Lets take this week by the horns!!

Red you are an amazing woman and doing great. And for the Gas it has to go somewhere so just blame it on those around you.

No loss no gain is not a bad thing. I will have to say that the banana/choco shake sounds pretty good to me. I don't eat bananas because of too many carbs, but I love them. I get my potassium from other sources.

I removed bananas because of the carbs, too. Maybe eat fat when the urge comes and see if you can limit to one per week - like a treat. BUT, you are doping so incredibly well and gonna hit the 100 pounds down real soon.

I like bananas, but my daughter loves the dog gone things. She ate three the other day, I couldn't hardly believe it, she's only three.
