Lot's of water after my 6 mile run yesterday. I think my weigh in from yesterday was my body completely emptied (water, waste, etc). I chugged around 40 oz of water, then had a green ninja smoothie, and two salads with chicken. I ate good, so the red arrow is not really a concern. Still going in the right direction overall!!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 19.6 lb a week
