I have been sick for the past two days and haven't had any energy to exercise and haven't felt like eating much. Today I am feeling better, so hopefully I will be ready to continue. I am enjoying sitting at my goal weight for awhile, lol. Now it is time to move on.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
