gooooooooood mornin...got my morning walk in yesterday..have been going later in the morning...and have really been watching the way i eat...i eat on an average of 6-7 hours ...after that the kitchen is closed...an i drink my water during those hours as well...water is great for you...but its also what causes weight gain...im seein my next mini goal getting closer an closer...then i will reset it an move downward again....some times you just have to look at what your doing or not doing and refocus on what your trying to accomplish...for me i had been eating later in the day...an that is what was keeping me from accomplishing what i had set out to do...to much food...not enough movement....and finding the right amount of food for the amount of movement your doing is something that takes time and determination...not all of us are as active as others...or eat the same as others...its something each one of us have to research about our selfs and figure it all out...well...time to make the bed...and fix breakfast...and then a morning walk...did 3.24 miles yesterday morning...just a short walk...lol...have a great one...

Wow! Your short walk is amazing ... My foot tendinitis gets me if I go that far. ;-) I'm quite jealous as walking use to be one of my favorite things. lol! So now it is slow and steady knowing my limitations but still pushing a bit. Hope you have a fabulous day! And a great walk!!

back from my morning walk...i prefer to go before most people are up and moving..i enjoy the morning air and the morning smells before people start driving around town...but by going later i see more people that i kno as they are driving past an waving...another 3 mile walk done for the day...was just gonna do a 2 mile walk...but feet just wouldnt stop walkin today...lol..

you kno javadali...i use to have problms walkin that far...what i did was i would walk so far for a week or 3...as i got use to the walking...eventaully i would add a block or 2 on...an the walk just kept increasing...my 3 mile walk is down some...i use to do 4.5-5 mile walks...but cant do them that many days in a row...one or 2 days of doing them an i have to give my knees and feet a break...so i can relate to what your saying....

Hmmm, maybe I will try that. I usually go for it and then pay for it! Lol... at my age you would think I would know better! ;-) enjoy your walks!

what i do javadali...i might walk the same route for several weeks...after a few weeks...i kno my body well enough that if im not tired or hurting...then i kno i can add alittle more on...i dont over do it even though im like you an want to go as far as i can...after all...you still got to walk home..lol...
