I didn't go out for pizza yesterday because my cold is worse and I can't taste anything. Maybe in a few days.
Weight loss continues, I think it was 3 years ago when I was last under 150 lbs due to being very busy at work. But it only lasted a few weeks before I was up again and eventually reached a new high. It must be about 8 years when I was this weight before (on the way up). Does anybody else remember their previous weight milestones?
149.9 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They are! I am usually a very cheerful person (to the annoyance of some) but colds make me so miserable. Hope you're feeling better soon Heather. Are you sitting ther with hot tea and lots of tissues too?

Ginger tea. Yummy. Seems less medicinal. But I'm a wimp when it comes to sickness. I throw nature out the window mostly and go straight for the meds. I think I got 2 back-to-back colds, but I'm fortunate; it (they) have stayed above my lungs. For me, that makes all the difference in recovery. I'm going to take my sore legs to Brooklyn in a bit for my race in a short bit.

I remember being 9 stone 10 pounds (136 pounds) a very long time ago. To be honest I was way to thin for my height of 5ft 9ins.

I was around 135 lbs when I met my husband. I am looking forward the reaching that weight again but I don't want to look scrawny. Someone told me yesterday that I looked better with chubby cheeks! Lol...don't like my chubby thighs though! I might have to reconsider my target weight.

Meh colds.... I would say shoot for 140 and tone up. Thats what you want anyway right? The best way to get rid of a cold and maybe its just because i'm younger but i sleep as much as possible. Work out for 30 min MAX and drown myself with water, soup, and tea. I usually get over the cold within 2 days. Hope things are getting better. i remember when my goal was 140...and its still that.. chubby for life!

I'm working on toning up but I also have to reduce the layer of fat to get visible results. Resting a lot at the moment but just back from a nice gentle walk. More hot tea now.

I hear you about feeling muscles! I know they are there, just well covered. Are pipes in your arms or legs? Or somewhere else? Lol

My arms. I am quite strong just big! But I've always said if I or someone else could lift my body weight(210lbs) I would call them SIR! I have a bad back and struggle to do proper push ups, I can only do about 7. I either do womens push ups, or against a coffe table or weights on the exercise ball. I figure there are many ways to skin at cat and I'll get there.
