after water loss the weight seems to really slow down. i increased my water intake and add more fat to my food (butter, olive oil an coconut oil)...carbs down below 20 grams now....now its wait an watch
215.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ive been doing the same tweaking the last few weeks trying to figure out what will work best ...havent figured it out as of yet. This week I tweaked my calories.

patty i use to eat 2000 cals each day...i changed my rdi to 1500 an cut cals down to 1300 apx. added more fat...now carbs below 20 gram..protein is less than fat so i should be right in the groove. some thing should give soon. if you make a break through please let me know...my scale is not happy with me.

yea I also cut my RDI down to 1600 and usually stay within the 1400 to 1600 range on a good day. I hear the jaws movie theme song lately when I go to the scale lol

I count net carbs though the carbs on my food log show the actual carbs but I always keep under 20 with a struggle sometimes I allow 25 . I moniter it closely.

I panic lol when I see the actual carbs but then I phew wipe forehead when I see the Net carbs Its all good
