Had an AMAZING workout, I'm back down to 150 and I am NOT going to cheat this weekend !!! I would love to get past 150 into the 140's. That is my goal for the weekend :)
150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
