Can't complain my weight is staying the same...i do wish i would see a little lost...to me staying same is good when you reach your goal...i still have aways to go...oh well i'll have to try harder this week....
161.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

You have really done well. I have found that when I stay the same weight I am loosing inches. I have also found that sometimes I have to "shock" my system. I do this by eating one thing that I have not had while on WW, that can be a burger with a bun or a fajita with the tortillia, do you get what I mean? Then stay on WW and watch as your body decides that you are not starving it to death and kicks in and shows a loss for the next weigh in. Granted, this is what works for me and it may not work for you. Anyway, I know the scale will eventually come down for you. Keep up the good work!
