gooooooooooood morning...just finished a 18 hour detox....and really not even hungry...water is good for you and also is what causes the weight gain as well....i did get my afternoon walk in yesterday...went to the local park and did a short 30 minute walk around it...was warm enough that i did work up a good sweat...not sure what todays plan is....brian has to be outta town today for a meeting...so no workouts at his wood workouts today...so will have to be creative today and get some kind of a workout in myslf...thinkin of doing toe touches to get my tummy the workouts it thrives for to get the same kind of workout...have a 25 pound weight i can add to the workout...just have to get it outta storage ...but thats the plan...well...need to get up an make the bed...then this afternoon or this morning to get my morning walk in...get back into the habit again....have a great one...
291.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Morning Loosin, I see you only have around 6 more to go and you will be at your goal... I too need to get back to my walking...have missed it with all that has gone on for a couple of weeks..hoping things will settle down soon...have a great day....

morning bren...only 6....lol...have to fight for every bit of it...when i first started...was so easy...and now...well...we all know how hard it gets once the initial flab leaves an your workin on the stubborn flab that has to be pried off...just a matter of being creative and stickin with it....

oooooooo....forgot to mention that i tried on a pair of 40s couple of days ago an could get them buttoned...but felt like i would have to cut the button to get them unbuttoned...lol...but its a motivation to keep at it....next size is 38s....thats after i get baggy in the 40s...the 42s im wearing now i can tell they are gettin baggy....hate that feeling now...lol...

Looks like you need to get you some suspenders until you can get into your 38's..don't want to be surprising anyone while on your walks..LOL

i did try em on again this morning after i posted...was able to zip them an button them...so wont be long before they dont feel like they was painted on...lol
