Dropped a half pound in a day...crazy...I only ate a bit though. I wanted to go to the gym but I didn't... bad... I need to be working out more to speed this whole thing up! My clothes fit a bit looser today! Woot!

I didn't have my butter coffee today! I was running late so I wasn't able to get it together. So far this morning I'm feeling good though. I don't feel run down without the coffee. I did however use the 5X trim this morning. I definitely feel like it gives me energy. I also forgot to get my apple cider drink... we shall see how hungry I feel today. Unfortunately, I did forget to pack my lunch too...so we shall see what I end up doing for lunch today. Hopefully I make a good decision... I'll probably eat Thai though... which isn't that bad... I just have to minimize the rice intake. Maybe I'll just do Satay and Salad...that might be a great idea!

So far the goal of loosing 12 pounds by my birthday is looking brighter. Although, my dad's birthday is coming up... and that's going to be a lot of calorie consumption. I think I'll make sure to work out with the Lovey at the gym on valentines day! <3
