Well I was trying to do something similar to this i suppose, but I didn't really understand what i was doing. then a very kind person gave me some direction with the whole LCHF diet and I think I could benifit from it.
so here we go!

Keep going!. Are you doing any exercise? (that usually helps with dieting a lot).

I was doing yoga, some sit ups, weights.. you know things like that but keeping it light because I need to get used to moving around. all my joints sound like rice crispies ...plus my back problems. so it's not wise to jump right it or I go into spasm. yoga was great though, I was loving that! my son stopped having naps for some reason sk I haven't had the time in the last couple days. what kind of stuff do you do??

I am going to the gym and doing the usual stuff, you know, a lot of cardio, and some calisthenics. Sometimes I do martial arts like Karate or Judo (not much now since I too developed lower back problems, and it hurts like hell when I have to kick for prolonged periods of time), but most of the time boxing.

boxing? that's awesome. my grandpa was a boxer. when I was younger he made me do all the old boxing routines. I was going to start doing that again.
