My home scale is off but I use it for reference. Weighed in at lifetime two weeks ago 196.7 last night 190.6 Basically two days back on high fat protein brought down holiday bloat. Went swimming 1100 yards 40 min. Hot tub felt good on my achy arthritic knees. Calories still around 2000. Getting floor laminated and stairs.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
