Ok, really trying here. Stressful work exams tomorrow. I am really trying to lose some weight (like about 2 kgs) by the end of the month. I find eating my dinner no later than around 5.30 at night time is really helping. That and drinking around 2 litres of water a day. Hope everyone else is moving along nicely :)
197.5 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Angelica, great to read you are ploding along. Finding strategies to help you along your journey. I've fallen off the wagon. Have been Feeling unwell. Family stuff going on. Emotional eating.
