Finally got back from 2 weeks at my brothers cabin. Been painting, cleaning and etc...He has no internet, tv or cell services. Yahoo for AM radio at night! Anyway, I was glad to see that I didn't gain weight there, (but I didn't lose weight either). I took my own food and was good at continuing my WOE. I did add some fresh berries everyday. I am glad to be back on FS to have a better idea of my intake.
