Mmm. Pizza and salt and vinegar potato chips. Good party for our friend. No fast day tomorrow. I have two steers I have to turn into beef tomorrow.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pizza and beer for me tonight while the Packers play. I'll be watching my eating the rest of the day to make up for what I have tonight.

This is all carb bloat I believe. My calories would have been about 3000 which puts me about 500 over. Just different food than usual. I'll bounce down.

Carb bloat for sure, and probably salt. No biggie. SALT & VINEGAR POTATO CHIPS.....yum!
