I hit a plateau. I didn't expect it. But if I remember, I always hit a plateau around 101 / 99 lbs. Then after that, it drops too easily. I shouldn't feel self-critical, but when I pinch the inch here and there and there and there, I know I still have some mileage to cover. Oh well, it's NOT halloween yet! I'll be even closer by then if I can stop the unhealthy habit and stay in control. Why are we so averse to suffering? Ugh, because we can't see tomorrow in the middle of the struggle.
