High calorie again,Coudd have done without. Going over soon triggered comfort eating;dont do this its a trap.Find another comfort stadegey pluck eyebrows or put on tense machine or shatsui machine You can ne need/ver get enough of that which you dont need
195.6 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
