This weeks results have confused me though I have lost weight but gained body fat. Lost in some areas but gained in others had the same person measure me in the same places so confusing me much. I havent drank much water and defo not kept up with what I should be drinking. I can only try again this week.

This weeks figures:
weight 99.6kg
body fat 49.7%
body water 40%
Bust 45.5 inches
chest 40 inches
waist 48 inches goal = 32 inches
hips 48.5 inches
thighs 26.25 inches
upper arm 14 inches
stomach 45 inches
219.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
