Here I start over again, with the desire still to get some of this weight off before I turn 40 in March.

I'm trying for 2.5 lbs a week, which should add up to about 10 lbs a month, which if maintained will get me down between 50 and 60 lbs by my March 27th birthday.

If I even just saw sub-200 by then, I'd be more than thrilled.

My husband doesn't think I can do it (he's basing this off past data, so I can't blame him). I'm going to try and take that as motivation to prove him wrong!!

Did get to the gym this morning, so off to a great start. Now to keep the motivation going!
232.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You can TOTALLY do this! You can totally prove him wrong! You're getting back on the hourse and that's the important thing. We all have slips. It's what you do after the slip that counts!
