Weight stayed exactly the same because I cheated and had fast food and drank beers without exercising. This week I'm going back to putting every little thing I eat in this calorie counter.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
