logged a loss.. I was at 164 yesterday but for some reason I always weight more on Mondays than I do Sunday hehe but not this week. I was not 100% induction the whole week, only 3 days then added in some low carb tortillas and finally cantaloupe yesterday but only outta necessity bc if not I wouldn't have made it the whole week. Gonna try and follow same plan this week, mostly induction with some modifications as needed. I plan to do this all thru January then in February go ease back into where I was before the holidays. I do want to admit I feel like I had way to many Atkins bars last week but better bars then cookies I guess. I maybe have 4-5 left and I plan on cutting those is half and bagging them for emergencies like after dinner sweet tooth or when the midnight monster wakes me up. Its not the best idea and I dont want to eat so many bars but using bars and shakes helped me wean off the carbage last January so hey if it works why not .. that and sugar free jello are saving me from losing my sh!t, lol.. And I lost my Atkins book, the one that has my meal plans.. after so long on Atkins I should know it but having the book to go back to is always reassuring, so Imma order another one today.. I hate winging it and I love the security of having the meal plan to refer to. But this is also a test I guess, to see if Ive really learned Atkins and if I can survive in "the real world".
Goals for the week :
1. water water water.
2. log everything
3. stay between 20-30 bet carbs
4. follow my gym plan and push myself at the gym, also warm up every day.
5. more leafy greens

That's a good idea on cutting the bars in half, I don't have many left and try not to buy more. That's what I do with the shake I use 1/2 and almond milk for a base for a protein shake. Good work on the loss I hope to see a loss when I next weigh in it won't be big like yours because I just don't loose that way never have. But I'm happy for you keep up the good work.

Fat Bombs make great replacements for processed snacks like Atkins Bars. In a pinch I would opt for a tablespoon of butter, mayonnaise, or heavy cream instead of the sugar alcohols.
