Finally! Below 170 - woooot!!! I had wanted to be in the 160s by the time my 1st month on xyngular was done. I checked back and I started on Dec 6 so I guess technically I didn't meet that goal but still counting it as a win since it was only a few days later that I did it.

As far as weigh-in goes I was kinda bad obsessing on the scale. I woke up early to pee and recorded 168.8, about 20 mins before I got up I had more than a pee and was 168.2 when I finally got out of bed for good this am I weighed in at 168.4 so figure I'll go for the middle mark lol.

Checked through my weight history and the last time I recorded a weigh-in in the 160s range was June 22, 2013! I'm pretty happy about it just hoping I can keep it up.

My next short term goal - to be in the 150's by Valentine's Day!!!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
