So, admittedly I did not do my best during Christmas break. However, I don't think I did too bad considering. I know I will get it back off in a week or two though, so I am not too concerned.

I now have volleyball twice a week, and I run about two days a week. If I can stand the cold, I might try to run on the weekend too. Let's just say it's was flurrying today sooooo that probably won't happen. ;p

Today has started really well though, just some fruit, nuts and some left over lunch yesterday. I'll probably have yummy sloppy joes for dinner ;p

So I have been mulling over some ideas for new year's resolutions. First off let's say this, my resolution last year was no soda. And how about this, it's been ONE YEAR AND 4 DAYS SINCE MY LAST SODA. <3

So this year, I will be doing only 1 sugary drink a week. I am not including coffee because I only add 1 tsp of sugar (4 g of sugar) and some almond milk. This will include starbucks drinks, lemonade, my almond milk if I make chocolate milk with it, etc. If I limit myself to once a week, I'll be reducing a lot of calories, and I'll still have it once a week so it will be like a treat. I am also making it a goal to run a 10K this year by initially following the 5K plan (once again) from the Nike app, and then following the 10K plan from the Nike app.
