Christmas holiday weight bloat gain. Starting over with the low carb high protein today. Fitness trainer and swimming three times a week. Son is old enough to be in fitness room and play basketball so he will be extra motivation to go on a regular. 2016 here I come.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
