Happy New Year. After being sick for almost two weeks, busy weekend, and minimal sleep. kick out of. Turning 40 in March, cruise in May, teaching, and good health.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
