Week 2 of the challenge was fine. I failed drink nothing but water. I over ate on the weekend but trying to track and be aware what, when, how much, etc. This last week I have started to notice that the change in my thryoid medication taking affect. Less fatigue and possibility of weight loss (when too low not a hope in hell unless starvation). Some reason it has taken longer? Only another few weeks until repeat blood work and find out for sure. Keep my fingers crossed all is normal.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
