Still coming off. I am thinking that I will chill at 160. That is 15 lbs below my original goal weight.Wife says enough already! Slowing down will be admittedly hard for me.Im pretty rigid (ie obsessive!) about burning calories and tracking. I have been in "lose " mode for so long. I know I am not the only one. Im doing lots of cardio, pushups and ab work. I am going to incorporate weights back in in the winter as it will get cold and snowy out. Mostly though, I am just grateful and feeling fine about how good I feel physically, and looking better in clothes feels pretty good too. This site and my buddies are da bomb! (I know, the 90's called, they want their sayings back!!)
162.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good going! Maybe some day I'll have your problem.

This post put a huge smile on my face. I know exactly how you feel. I am way past my original goal, and it freaks my wife out that she can feel my ribs and see my collar bones. :) I too ponder a lot on how to handle "going back to normal living" when I am done. I hope you stick around and put in an occasional report. :)

Mike you can always keep tracking, just up your daily intake... and keep up that exercise.. it's good for your body, not just losing weight. (I know, I should take my own advice!)

thats fantastic. Maybe you can keep those of us updated who will one day fall into the same situation so we will have solutions as well.

I haven't been at my goal weight for very long but I know how you feel. Friends and family are always asking me, are you still on your program, etc? Because they are all expecting me to gain the weight back after I stop. But I wanted a lifestyle change not a fad diet. I didn't want to be in 40 inch waist pants or size XL shirts anymore. There's no reason for it. And like you, I feel better, I sleep better and mentally I feel much better about my life than I did just nine months ago.

Well if you lose more weight than your goal weight if come winter you put on a few pounds because of the cold snowy weather atleast you will still be at a healthy weight and you know how to get the weight off.
