Water retention sucks!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 117.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's good to see you posting. Water retention often precedes a drop in weight and I like to look at it as an opportunity for improvement. I'm still trying to get my holiday pounds off. I don't think all mine was water weight. But it just feels good to keep at it...
