this bouncing back and forth is driving me crazy.....oh well at least it was a loss.....after the holidays this girl is getting her act together big time....
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why not start today? Cutting portion sizes in half is an easy way to start, as is passing on snacks, desserts, booze, or second helpings. You'll lose weight and save money on food at the same time!
